Where do you hold the classes?
I have classes in Sherwood, Chelmer, Middle Park & Jamboree Heights. See the Classes page for addresses and times.

What type of yoga do you teach?
I teach Hatha Yoga, much of it traditional, but influenced by various schools and styles.

How much does it cost?
See the Classes page for full details.

Are the classes suitable for beginners?
People in my classes are at all levels of experience and competency, consequently beginners fit in very well, although as a beginner you may be cautioned against certain stretches or postures until you have had more practice.

Is there an age limit?
There is no age limit, but a certain level of mobility is required.

How long do the classes last?
The classes last 1½ hours.

What do I wear?
Wear any comfortable pants, long or short, in a soft fabric with an elastic waist. The top can be anything in the way of a tee-shirt, tank top or sloppy-joe. Comfort and ease of movement are the main thing. Warm clothing and socks are essential in the winter.

Do I need to bring anything?
You will need a yoga mat. These are available at Yoga King and in sports stores and places such as Target and KMart. Also you need to bring a blanket or a rug. A drink of water is a good idea.

Are the classes for men as well as women?
Men are very welcome in the classes.

How long have you been teaching?
I’ve been teaching since 1991.

I’m pregnant, is it okay for me to come?
I would prefer you to go to a yoga class specifically for pregnant people. See Links.
